As the #1 dental insurance company in the U.S., Delta Dental has 39 member affiliates, each with their own unique regional campaigns. Knowing that creative cohesion would be a challenge, we wanted to create unity through human connection, both inside and outside the organization. With our “Simple Gestures” campaign, we created a targeted multichannel consumer experience to drive sales for B2C and B2B across the country. In the process, we inspired the member companies and transformed Delta Dental into a powerful brand that stands as an advocate for health, happiness, and joy. One smile at a time.
